The Center for Trade Union and Human Rights, in collaboration with Women WISE3 will launch series of workshops that aim to rehabilitate the families of victims of extrajudicial killings, enforced disappearances, arbitrary detention and other human rights violations in the Philippines.
The first workshop for the Luzon-based families will be held at Capuchin Retreat Center, Lipa City Batangas on September 18-19. The first day of this two-day workshop will be for the psychosocial support for the adult family members of the victims. This aims to help the families cope with the trauma, sudden loss, and alienation so they can go back to their relatively normal lives.
This project is partially supported by the European Union (EU) Delegation to the Philippines.
