Women Wise3 or Women Workers in Struggle for Employment, Empowerment and Emancipation is a mutual help and advocacy network of widows and families of slain labor activists, women trade union organizers and human rights defenders whose lives are under threat. It also includes women workers displaced in the exercise of their right to unionize and those who are victims of abuse and harassment in their own workplaces.

It is a mutual help network that conducts activities or development projects that will benefit its members. It also brings together victims and their advocates to fully and effectively carry on the struggle for decent and secured job, justice, empowerment, and emancipation from various kinds and forms of repression and exploitation.
